About This Project
The Community Farm Initiative is transforming lives through sustainable agriculture. We work with local families to develop farming skills that provide both food security and income generation opportunities.
Our program operates on a 5-acre demonstration farm where community members learn modern, sustainable farming techniques. We focus on crops that are both nutritious and marketable, helping families feed themselves while generating income.
Our Goals
Train 200 families in sustainable farming practices annually
Establish community gardens in 10 villages
Introduce drought-resistant crop varieties
Create a cooperative for collective marketing of produce
Reduce food insecurity in target communities by 50%
